My mother worked for this company for years and the employees were always coached to scam/convince the disabled they needed the poor quality, overpriced powerchairs and scooters. They were forced to work overtime and book demos for cash sales and were penalized with less pay if they didn't. They even had a sales manager Tom Sadler take overrides on their commissions if they made any money just for himself. The VP of finances Art Rea was great at covering their financial processes at the cost of the low level employees. Alot of abuse went on in that company while the upper management turned their heads to only look for profit.
