Has anyone seen anything about this story on the local TV news?? I haven't caught any segments about this. I wonder why?
Also, does anyone know whats up with DW's co-defendants? Are they all free on bond? Why arent they flight risks??

They aren't flight risks because the weren't the "ring leader" of all of this. Also, Dave has almost $3million that is unaccounted for, according to the court documents

As an investor in Evergreen I received a letter from Goldman and Rosen today. It is regarding an Amended Notice of Joint Motion for Authority to Compromise Controversy with Daniel Ringer.

I'm unsure what this means. Do any of you legal eagles out there have you decoder ring on?
