FHP trooper accused of pistol-whipping teen

Technically, isn't this aggravatted battery with a deadly weapon ? That's what you low lifes (cops) did to me saying I tried to mow someone down with a car when there was no evidence of that except for someone recently out of councelling claiming I did do that. Yes, this is aggravated battery with a deadly weapon because the force could have killed the teen or the gun could have gone off. Comon... stretch the charges as far as they will go like you do on everyone else.

If the officer filed a false report. Fire him immediately!

So they never knew he was a police officer, EVEN after he left in a marked FHP car? I guess tons of people keep those parked in their front yard and drive them around.....

Pretty amazing they just let him leave much less in a marked police car. Especially since it involvced a gun. They need to overcahrge this idiot like they do with ordinary citizens.

Reckless endangerment, assault with a deady weapon, making terrorist threats, obstruction of justice, battery on a minor, lying on police reports, battery, disturbing the peace, flees and evading arrest, just to name a few.

Thats EXACTLY what they do with ordinary citizens everyday!

So none of this brain trust thinks to ask ... why were teens up and partying at 1:40 am? And who exactly taught these "children" that it was ok to mouth of to any adult let alone one that really did not want a crowd of kids "partying" on his property.
No doubt the officer came of irrationally but even had he been polite as a Franscisan they result would have been the same.... disrespect for anyone. Especially since the courts hardly take a strong line with "delinquents and group(read that gang)bangers

Well seems the 1st issue that occurred was Lucas. A kid who was asked to move from his area for making to much noise. What happened next was an argument. A KID arguing with a adult. Child rearing starts at home. Not in the streets anymore. These types of kids need to go with the gangs and parents who will not take responsibility.

And to think, this guy had a license to kill for so many years! Scarey thought!
