Like others have said it is owned by cabin rental gurus. It is definately a staple of the Gatlinburg community.

I wonder if they are renting it out...or just living in it.
I agree the book is well written. Although the house in only really mentioned in the first section. The book is really about the murderer and her growing up links to the house. |

The book was great. I really enjoyed reading it. Of course, if you are not into reading, "Snapped" on Oxygen Channel has been featuring Shayne Mills Lovera about once a month, covering the story of the murder of her husband. I just ran across it by accident one night, it was kind of funny considering I had just finished reading "Mad Notions." The show shows the house but doesn't go into much detail about it.
