3.6 Quake Recorded Near Port Townsend Wednesday Night

The abrupt quake seemed to sway wide then gradually taper all within no more than 3 seconds & immediately I checked the web for info, but came across none. Where is the best site to retrieve info for earthquakes in Port Townsend more immediately? After I still couldn't find info, I thought perhaps the big shake was from the base on Indian Island pertaining to testing practices. At the time of the quake, I was on the phone to someone 1 mile from me & they were feeling nothing. Another who was in almost a direct N-Sw line between Indian Island Naval Base & my location also felt it. I'm curious to know the pattern by locations of where people felt the quake with those who did not in Port Townsend. Does anyone have input for me? Thanks!
