My brother in law is an oil rigger and everytime oil prices become low there is a slow down on the rig. Although we are here in Wyoming. So when the prices drop he never likes it because it makes it more likely for him to be laid off. Companies do not want a lot of oil when prices are cheap they want it when they can sell it for high prices.
