The doctors and staff were incompetent, rude, and condescending. They did not provide what I needed during my service at this hospital. I do not recommend that anyone take their pets to this hospital. One staff member even took it upon herself to tell me how I should be reprimanding my own daughter. The people in this facility are completely out of line, and this business should be boycotted. I suggested that they work on their customer service, which is when one staff member got very close to my face and began to tell me about how I was caring for my children, which was absolutely none of her business. She also told me I was "not allowed" to talk about her doctor a certain way. As far as I know, free speech is an ammendment in the US Constitution. Do not go to this hospital unless you want to be treated like a dog.

I totally agree, I was really pleased when I found we were going to have a vet close by. I was sadly dissapointed. If you do not go by her suggestions she lets you know she does not like this. I am talking about not life threating issues such as the flea contol you use and the brand of food if you do not purchase what she carries. Her staff does seem to be inexperienced. I think she forgets we are paying her for her services. I will not be going back. |

It sound like you are talking about Grantville City Manager Starnes and Mayor and city council.It's time to start talking about a salary raise for mr Starnes, He has saved the city thousands of dollars. At least 20.000.00 dollars mite work.

i totally disagree!!!!!!!!! the service i received at the new clinic was nothing but nice.... the staff was caring and informed me about things i need to be aware of. i will definitely go back with all of my animals and i will be telling my friends to go there too!!!

I love the new vet and the staff in Moreland. I have never had the veterinarian call me in the evening or the weekend to check on my pet after surgery nor someone who spent time (30 mins)talking to me about the best flea/tick product or food for my pet. Its nice to have someone that actually cares about my animal's long term health. I,too, will bring all of my animals and encourage others to do the same.

To the individual that wrote the initial post: you just sound angry about life. You mentioned nothing about the care that was given to your pet.

I am pleased to have a Vet office on the Southern end of Coweta County. I am also pleased with the care and caring received and will continue to recommend Moreland Animal Hospital and Dr.Andrews. I totally disagree with the above 2 posts and I would hope that anyone reading this would take your animals to Moreland Animal Hospital and form your own positive opinions. Its unfortunate the above comments seem very vindictive and spitful. I am a very satisfied client.

I think that the staff at Moreland Animal Hospital is very courteous, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I have used every vet in the Newnan area and Dr. Andrews is by far one of the best I have experienced. When my dog had an ear infection, she called the next couple of days to check on him and to ensure that he was progressing well. I think the posters above are just bitter people that wouldnt find the good in anything. Please dont let their review deter you from making an informed opinion of your own. Give Moreland Animal Hospital a chance to win you over on their own merit.

I am amazed at the negative comments. I drive over 50 miles to Dr. Nicole because of her ability to treat my pets. I have a cat who is allergic to everything and until I found Dr. Nicole she was miserable. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Never have I felt pushed to use particular products. We've always had a discussion as to what is best for my pets. I agree with Realistic --- don't let the negative comments keep you away from a caring, competent vet!

We appreciate not only having a vet here on the southside of Coweta county, but also that the vet at Moreland Animal Hospital cares enough for our pets to call us after hours and on Saturday to make sure we are following treatment, and that the pet is progressing. Dr. Andrews and her staff are kind, competent, and careful to give the best care to our pets, all three of them. Of course, we always have the correct paperwork necessary for treatment, and are courteous to her and the staff. Perhaps the person who put the initial post up back in July did not have an interest in getting the job done correctly, but only wanted the job done, even though paperwork was missing.
