3 Now THAT's FUNNY! ;) Your turn Dweeb ... really work that cut and paste ... and I'll just revise it to mean what you really want to say! |

Ok, so a resident filed a suit in small claims court and she states that dribble? I did not throw down a judgement, I interpeted what you wrote as pure BS, learn the difference. I have never quoted the bible here on these boards, I take my religious beliefs serious and don't intrude on others peoples rights to believe on not. |

That portion of my post was directed at The Word Says not you. Sorry I should've specified that in the second half of my post.

1 Have some fun with this and as you change it remember WHAT you are changing!! There's more than one poster around here that respects the WORD. Thange away! God will enjoy you, all of you!! Rev 1:1 the Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified [it] by his angel unto his servant John: Rev 1:2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. Rev 1:3 Blessed [is] he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time [is] at hand. Rev 1:4 ¶ John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; Rev 1:5 And from Jesus Christ,[who is] the faithful witness,[and] the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, Rev 1:6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him [be] glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they [also] which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. Rev 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. Rev 1:9 ¶ I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. Rev 1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, Rev 1:11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send [it] unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea. Rev 1:12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; Rev 1:13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks [one] like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. Rev 1:14 His head and [his] hairs [were] white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes [were] as a flame of fire; Rev 1:15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. Rev 1:16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance [was] as the sun shineth in his strength. Rev 1:17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: Rev 1:18 I [am] he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. Rev 1:19 Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter; Rev 1:20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches. |

1 You are mistaken. Everytime you or anyone makes fun of Jesus or God's words here, you are accountable to HIM.. I am posting what my heart ask me to post. Poinsett Homes, so far, has done well by me. I don't know why.(?) The only thing I can't attribute it to is to Jesus. So, I will praise HIM here for doing it. I can't attribute my daily journey to man but to the LORD! As some complain, I celebrate. It's about Poinsett either way. Like all of you, We all pray and some of mine are being answerd every day. I am happy. Why does one beat me up because I give thanks to the Lord and not participate in others conflict? I will continue to post HIS words and I hope believers are reminded who bought and paid the price for your lives. I am very well versed in the Bible and and know my way around it as well as I know Greenville. Below is a nice passage that I chose for us this morning. Jdg 18:5 And they said unto him, Ask counsel, we pray thee, of God, that we may know whether our way which we go shall be prosperous. |

1 My intentions are good. I do not know their intentions and am distancing myself at once from them as the posting of Scripture goes. Ofcourse they are welcome to post, but they ARE NOT related to me! TWS |

1 This board was supposed to be a place for folks who were hurt by Poinsett Homes to go to for solice and support. A place for their exchange of information and healing. If your intentions were to chase as many of these suffering folks away from this place of healing as you could, then JOB WELL DONE. I for one have had enough of your unwanted and unrelated sermons. I will not return to this board to share information about Poinsett Homes status again. You both should be ashamed of yourselves. You have managed to inflict further pain upon those who have suffered so much already. While so many of us are good christians and attend the church of our choice, we do not expect to have to be preached to on a topic board unrelated to religion. God knows you both have sinned for what you have perpetrated upon all of us here. You will ultimately answer to him for it. And no amount of reasoning will undo the deeds, so don't bother replying. Just go pray for forgiveness. |

It is ILLEGAL for Ms Rice to MISUSE funds...she is licensed in SC (check SC LLR site)as a property manager...she has FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY for the funds she collects. If she collected 2008 funds KNOWING the purpose she is moreso liable than Poinsett. ALSO, an accounting of her books is needed. If Charlene was willing to cheat on behalf of Poinsett ONE MUST ASK: WHAT WAS IN IT FOR HER?
|
|
|
ONE MUST ASK THE QUESTION: if Charlene Rice was in cahoots to misuse funds per request of Poinsett what was in it for her?
This is absolutely fraudulent. ...maybe this is how she affords that half a million dollar home in River Walk |

I called one of the numbers on the door at the poinsett homes model home. The lady answered the phone and I asked her for an update on what the status of poinsett homes was. She said "well it's common knowledge that there are financial difficulties"...so I asked her to forward me the communication that made this common knowledge. She said there wasn't one. I asked when Poinsett will be communicating or issuing a formal statement....she said she did not know if they would. I asked her if they are selling homes...she said they were not. I asked if they were leasing homes....she said "I have nothing further to say" and hung up on me.

I checked and I'm considering filing a complaint however this stuck out at me.
Complaint/Disciplinary Information The Commission can take disciplinary action against a licensee only if there are facts which support a charge resulting in the finding of a violation(s) of the S.C. Real Estate License Law. The Commission is not empowered to assist with the following type of complaints: Contract matters such as questions about listing agreements, management agreements, sales contracts and leases for which you need to contact an attorney; Earnest money or security deposit disputes that must be heard by a magistrate; Disputes over payment for services either by or to a licensee; Disputes with your landlord about property condition, past due rent, eviction notices and the like; Complaints that do not involve a licensed real estate licensee; Complaints about managers of homeowners associations; or Complaints relating to licensee ethical behavior or poor business manners That is per the LLC website. Wouldn't she considered an manager of homeowners association and not a property manager? Or am I reading it wrong?

This area is not for the faint of heart!
1) Did Charlene Rice commit an illegal act? 2) Is that deposition proof of an illegal act? 3) Does law enforcement need to be contacted? 4) Is this a question to ask the LLC or an attorney? 5) How can this be used to revoke Poinsett from having any say in any Homeowners Association? 6) Who's legal responsibility is it to pay the HOA fees of empty lots and unbuilt buildings?(Are there legal precedents for this?) 7) Can by-laws legally be written to allow one party not to be completely responsible? If it does then can that contract be voided or that part of the contract can be voided? 8) Can suit be bought on the banks by the Homeowners Assoiciation for failure to pay Homeowners fees? |

1 I give you the first Psalm ! Psa 1:1 ¶ Blessed [is] the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. Psa 1:2 But his delight [is] in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. Psa 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. Psa 1:4 The ungodly [are] not so: but [are] like the chaff which the wind driveth away. Psa 1:5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. Psa 1:6 For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish. Enjoy this one of many today! |

1 An Order for Bail is prepared by the Solicitor or the defense attorney and is then presented to a Circuit Court judge for approval and signing. Once the order is signed, the Solicitor files the original order in the Clerk of Court’s office. It is then faxed to the Detention Center where it is recorded in jail records. In the Order for Bail, the Judge will set the amount of the surety and/or personal recognizance along any special condition of the bond. The Order will also designate whether the surety is to be approved by the Clerk of Court, a Magistrate or City Recorder. If the Order for Bail designates that a Magistrate or City Recorder can approve the surety, you will need to contact one of those offices for information on approval of the surety. If the Judge designates the Clerk of Court to approve the surety
