SENECA: New commitee aims to restore downtown

A new committee is forming in Seneca to unify the old with the new, all while making the downtown more appealing to the eye.

What needs to be done is that all the roofs down town need to be restricted to the number of layers of roofs. This would help our fireman to save at least something before it burns to the ground. Not only that insurance cost would be lowered. May want to check your policy due to the buildings so close you may have to have enough insurance not just for your business but thos on either side. Don't let this scare you just make sure you are covered before you worry about some lighting to make it look better safety should be the first concern
