Two of my dogs happened to either get chaced or bribed to go with someone in the vacinity of buena vista apartments on the 9-4-09. They were found by a man who was not very eager to find the owners, three days later, A lady called me to inform me he had our dogs, by that time they were missing and NOBODY knows what happened to them.
After researching his attempt to find the owners of my dogs, he carried a picture around the neighborhood showing the kids a picture and asking them if they knew where they belonged, he called the NC animal hospital where the tag of stuart was registered with, they had directed him to take them to animal services and he refused. Although he did take the picture to animal services and give it to a cleaning lady. Since then my dogs have been seen in that same vacinity by the block busters, and elementary school, and in a SUV at a local mexican resteraunt.
