Who are they trying to teach about seat belt safety in this ad campaign, the newly discovered tribe in the Brazilian rain forest??

Some people will never get it (wear a seat belt, don't drink & drive, smoking damages your lungs, say no to drugs, etc) no matter how often you tell them.

The police don't bother using their turn signals, so why should other drivers?

I was cut off by a Lynx driver tonight who couldn't be bothered to signal, and then observed an OCSD officer speeding and failing to use signals. Poor examples for the public.
