It is under the Department of Consumer Services. You are buying a product and actually giving free sweepstakes entry. If your going to arrest the owners for this establishment then why not go after McDonalds and Pepsi. They sell a product and give away free sweepstakes. It is the same federal stature law. The law enforcements are not educated!!!

Hillsborough Ave. I hope the ones that love going to these places do go and check it out. Find us on Facebook Diamond C Internet Cafe. But don't feel bad I'm from Ohio and they are trying to shut them down here as well. Don't worry about the jobs its creating. Just my mothers place alone created 10 jobs.
