DUI charges against teen for driving golf cart on Route 309 bypass

An 18-year-old man arrested while driving a golf cart on the Route 309 bypass near Sellersville was heading to a campground miles away and was intoxicated, according to police.

drinking is drinking, no matter what ur driving.
u know how hurt a person can get being run over by this thing? no different than a car..
the scary thing is - kids of all ages are driving them in campgrounds.
how stupid can parents be?

Sure it seems that the young man needs help. The article states that he is basically homeless. In the old days of "spare the rod and spoil the child" he would no doubt be out on his own at this age. Maybe he will be scared straight after this and walk the line!
