Rural Unsignalized Intersections is a major problem Nationwide. With DELDOT and the Previous Investigation of Accidents at this intersection it is beyoind belief that the intersection was left without proper STOP SIGNS and even RUmble Strips. Studies are already online about this problem. Where were the DEL DOT and Police investigators of previous accidents not to have noticed the missing STOP SIGNS> NO EXCUSE.
