then it's the old workers that I miss ! Wish the new ones would get their butts in gear and act like they want the job . I'm getting tired of the long waits just for a couple burritos

taco bell has such a high turn over people come get fired or quit. they cant keep people there anymore cuz management sucks and lets them play games our old crew which every member has moved on ran that sh!t we had food bagged before u even got to the window. and when rush came thru we were the bomb. did kinda help that i was a shift manager and gave my employees the encourage to work and the down time to drink a soda or relax a min till another order came in. but we ran that store. im ashamed with the workers now. last time they had the 12 taco deal i got charged for 6 crunchy and 6 soft not 12 tacos deal price but menu price but oh well cuz i like there food and i realized that dumb a$$ girl in drive thru didnt no any better miss the good ol t-bell

I went there today, ordered 3 things and it took 23 minutes!!

very slow service, and could they once please get my order right

plus why don't they give you enough napkins. Went for the whole office, 10 tacos, 4 burittos, 2 quesadias and 2 chalupas and. That was for 10 people they gave me 2 napkins. Asked for fire and hot sauce and I got 2 of each. DUH!
