Sedan downtown

I was visiting Sedan, and noticed again the empty buildings, grown men mowing lawns for money and the teenagers running the street causing trouble because there was not jobs for them to be had. My question, I wish I could put this in a vote forum. Does Sedan people want more business in their town or do they want it to be a retirement community, where the kids move away or just happen to take someone place when someone dies or retires. IF most of you say yes, take this to your city council, they can do things to help get more business in your town. Don't let one or two people run your town or you will have nothing. I do enjoy visiting and don't want to see it turn into a ghost town.

Exactly what can the City Council do to bring business into Sedan?

Wel of course it's too late now but we could have a resort / casino in this county but no it was torpedoed like most other businesses have been clear back to the end of WW2. It seems that the only thing that gets support around here is (Begging) applying for Government grants.
