By the way, the question for her lawyer is whether she has standing to object to the search based on her abandonment of the property.

Based on what the officers saw - she could have been dead, incapacitated or injured. They did the right thing. This is just a smokescreen to get her off of a really inexcusable, and shameful crime.

I don't think i would want her to work anywhere with animals. Well maybe at the humane society cleaning up dog feces and puke for 5 years.I think she needs to be put in a cage in a house with no air or water or food. She deserves jail time. Poor Ella, I use to raise white sheperds and they are beautifull dogs.Everytime I see her on tv in court I want to Oh never mind I probably can't say waht I want to do to see her suffer .

This was one of the most ridiculous things i've ever seen. I will be very concerned for this county if this woman does NOT get jail time. Other people will think that doing this is "okay" and a lot of animals are going to be let to starve because they'll think they'll get off like Abrams. It's not fair at all. If this was a child, there would be a whole different story.
