Fiance accused in beating death of woman, 40, in Hollywood

Thank you for your kind words.My sister was a great and kind hearted soul who just lost her way in life due to certain things that have happened.She is now resting peacefully with my Dad and my son who passed last year.I know she is finally happpy and knowing that she can no longer hurt herself and no one can hurt her anymore is what carries me and my family thru this horrific ordeal.May God bless you and your family.

I would like to say this coming from the side that knows Jonathan personally and I have for over 14 years. He is a kind, gentle person. That may seem a little odd to type considering what he is being charged with but NO ONE short of him and the woman know exactly what happened that evening. There is no denying that an awful crime was committed here but again, NO ONE knows the exact circumstances except the parties involved. As for people making nasty comments about either party...I didn't know Kathleen and will not pretend to know her but she has people saying some very nice things about her which says a lot about who she was. I am going to speak for Jonathan now...this isn't him, what happened wasn't in his nature...yeah he did stupid things growing up but we all did...moreso than any one of us will admit. He is one of the closest people in my life and will always be and I think unless you were very close to either of them and have comments that need to be heard then don't waste your time writing about people you don't know...you're just making yourself look like an ass. I'm sorry to both of their families

I just really love the fact about how highly you speak of the person who took my sister's life.I now have to worry if my mother will survive my sister's murder.He may have been whatever years ago but to go and say he is a kind and gentle person is absolutely wrong.He took a life for no reason,he isn't god and no one has the right to take another mans life and if they did they obviously have got some serious problems.He has shattered my family,she had children who are now left without a mother so before you post things about how wonderful he was in a few months you can come to court and look at the pictures I have to go identify of my sister's bruised and battered body,then you can let me know how such a wonderful person can do something like this.

What did he do in his past that makes anyone think this could have been prevented and what happen to him as a child?

I knew Kathy from when she was a little girl.
You just never know how things will turn out, we don't know why people do what they do.
I hope finally her mind and soul have found peace.

Absolutely Amy you are correct. My husband had a fling with Jeanne Partridge, a local, aging, bar singer and all it did was hurt the ones he swore he loved the most.
