Hello. We are a couple from The Netherlands who want to buy a house in the Sebastian or Vero Beach area. Rent it out for a couple of years as vacation or annually rental. What are our chances? Is it a nice area? Thanks for answering. Derk and Franca, The Netherlands, Europe
