So I am confused, if this measure would have generated 60 million over five years, then why are we cutting 90 million this year? Here is my math 60 divided by 5 equals 12 or 12 million if you wish, so if Measure T would have passed then we would have to cut 78 million (90-12=78)? That was not advertised by the dolts that run our schools. Besides, I have no children… Let the renters that have children be assessed, for they are using the facility and not me.
What a waste of money this ballot measure was; after all, just last year we voted in a parcel tax for the school… Who’s pocket did that go into. The schools have enough money; they just need to manage it better.
