When I llived near Brunswick, there was a lady from Screven who sold at the St. Simons Farmers Market who told me of a dish she knew about as a youngster. It was made of pork liver, lungs, heart and whatever all stewed up with cornmeal.

I am looking for the name of this dish and/or the recipe.
