he has a legal p-script for the meds he was arrested for,just in the wrong container.he had meds in a small tylenol container.his meds come in a large container.to big of a container to put in his pocket.lots of people carry meds in illegal containers.people it is illegal to carry your meds in store bought containers,so remember daily pill reminder containers are not legal and you could be arrested.ask your pharmacy to give you a small med bottle to carry in your pocket.now noel has to go to court and show the judge he has a small and legal med container.he did break the law and has to face up to it in court.

well one thing i not a hater,and do go to church every sunday. and nobody has to explain anything to me.i will just see in alittle while.

It really amazes me how people can still defend this man. besides the other 9 times he was arrested, how about the time he shot and killed a man and got off scott free? he may be a God & Jesus loving man but it's quite a stretch to say he is good. the good men I know, don't get arrested and they don't kill people.

sounds like you are blowing up.ya i have seen him since his surgeries and he still looks the same to me.he is on more than medications,and case might be closed. see you all later.

he got off scott free,how do you get that,he has to live with a disfigured face from getting beat in his face and head with 2 ball bats.he stillsuffers.having to take a life couldnot be easy,was you there?and by the way its not over,civil court,ring a bell for you?and for saying he killed someone might land you in a civil case.ever heard of selfdefence

this is all just crazy. it is not accomplishing anything. I do not know Noel or his family, but he does seem to have been arrested many time. I don't really know them, but I do know they have had their share of violence and run ins with the law. I just hate it that Christopher was with them. I don't know what the truth is.

it is crazy if you were to go to noel and ask him to talk to you he would.noel is a great person,people talk bad about him,but look at the people talking bad about him.if a person starts trouble with you it is not always easy to get away from afight.noel is not a big person in size but he does know how to protect hisself with his hands and feet.the big boys think they will smack him around till he lands a solid punch and it makes them sleepy.dont put your hands on people then call the law if it dont work out in your favor.noel is not proud he had to defend hisself to the point that it cost a man his life.if chris had not went to that house looking for trouble he could be here today.it is easy to get arrested by this bunch in scottsville.if you are not in the buddy program sorry about your luck.have you ever heard that you could get a ham sandwich indicted?real easy in this town,commonwealth atty goes behind closed doors with his wittnesses most of the time law officers and tells grand jury what they want to.then you have to prove your not guilty.and yes people sware to GOD to tell the truth and lie like dogs.
