Not everything wrote: The judge did not do everything... DUI comes with a jail sentence as well... and that should be mandatory. Most folks I see that get a DUI lose their license... but they also need to lose their freedom (and they need to lose their car - or if someone is dumb enough to loan them one -- they should lose their car as well). In fact - if it is discovered that this car is titled in someone elses name that has enabled this guy to be on the road, they too should be charged as an accessory to vehicular homocide.

If its a repeat offender, of course..but most DUIs I have come in contact with, are really good people who have jsut made mistakes, ONCE. DUI can happen to anyone at anytime..granted I agree the vehicle is now a weapon..but a DUI is not a pre-meditated offense..we dont need to fill our jails with such. Not to mention Orange County alone has 10-20 DUI arrests a night..and thats just the ones who are caught..

Dennis is the grandfather of my son. It is sad to know the Jamie-Paul(my son) will never know what a great guy he was, and its sad to think denny won't get to watch his grandson grow up. We love Denny and will never forget him.
On the other hand, james bremmer is going to rot in hell for all eternity, but before that he needs to rot in jail tell his death.
