Have you been to Titusville? The entire city looks like crap, but hey let's spend 2.2 million to beautify one square block because Garden St, Washington Ave, and Hwy 50 are to glamorous to improve... oh and then there is DeLeon...

We've got a Target on one end and a Save-a-lot on the other. Here's a thought, focus on the parts that need improvement, stop building high-rises that a-hem no one lives in because they are to expensive not to mention the fact that the beautiful view has been desecrated, create somewhere businesses want to be, encourage the Space program to continue, and realize Titusville's potential.
