Hey BJ, how's that "About to win big" thing working out????

Nearly as well as your starvation diet and Triathlete training??

Or more like your retirement portfolio/401K plan?

Maybe you should've stayed in Detroit and been a mudflap installer!!

BJ doesn't meet the qualifications for mudflap installer. It requires an IQ in the positive range.

I think the Bumfest 2010 defendants got what they deserved. Hopefully the judge doesn't give them just a wrist slap.

An aside to Ed "porto-Pottie" Frey: Isn't there some sort of lawyer proverb "He who is his own client has a fool for a lawyer."? The only thing you did right, Ed, was in not having Becky "About to Win" Johnson as your co-counsel.

I wonder if we could get Becky to tell us her picks to win at the race horse track?

...we could all retire comfortably on betting her choices to come in dead last!

I thought Becky said that the jurors were in an uproar about this case. Didn't she say that they all thought this case was unwarranted? What happened?

Simple. If Becky said it, it's not true.

What a surprise.

Maybe Becky is working for the other side after all. A few more of these protests and she'll drive away half of the homeless people downtown because of the warrants that she encouraged them to get with this delusional "about to win" crap. Obviously the lies and distortions aren't limited to housed people.

Anna and Lito are in jail...Again.

Dumbass Doyon, their "spokesman" has an FTA warrant.

Balderos got (10)TEN YEARS for a "prank".

Bumfest defendants found guilty.

Great "WIN" BJ!!!!!

Another "ACCOMPLISHMENT" for HUFF!!!!

Interesting.

Just a few days ago BECKY was praising the entire jury pool for being near revolt over her perceived injustice in this case. Yet today, on Indybay, she's calling them all "milk-toast" for delivering guilty verdicts on all counts minus one. Then she gets all melodramatic about the one hung jury verdict by saying one juror wouldn't find the defendant guilty because he would have to "gas his dog". Forget the fact that the guy could have asked a friend to care for the dog until he got back on his feet. Of course in her world the only alternative would be to gas the dog.

Another great example of BECKY being out of touch with reality.

Look over on Indycrap, in the Lemaster section.

She's still bellowing her "about to win" manure.

Priceless.

It's amazing.

She lists all the steps towards "a win", but neglects to insert the part where they lost. It's the same as when she appealed her conviction for singing. And then lost. Again.

Freedon of speech is dead at Indycrap. Lots of comments/posts being deleted. My last post to BJ's article was deleted after 3 minutes and 10 seconds of being posted.

There's a distinct possibility that BJ is living in a delusional parallel universe. It's the only explanation for her always being on the wrong side of any issue and still think she is "winning".

Either it's that or she was frequently dropped on her head as an infant or she's ingesting a mutant form of weed that rewires one's brain, or in BJ's case her miniscule ganglia.

I think that it's the ultimate in moving goalposts. Each time that she loses she gets to reset the counter and claim that she's about to win the next one because she got ridiculed and lost the current one. She can get through the rest of her life being about to win without ever actually winning anything but an unrealistic self-image of success. It's a hell of a crutch if you can get yourself to believe it. I'd be freaking mortified by now and crawling back under my rock.

Hmmm - I guess I did that anyway :)

What I want to know is who is going to pay the fines?

Robert, BECKY, and Ed got these poor souls into this mess. They came up with the idea, sent people out to recruit, put the whole thing together, and gathered everyone together to "protest". But did the ever tell their followers that they might get cited, arrested, or fined? Worse, that there might be the prospect of jail time? Did they really inform people about what they were getting involved with?

BumFest2010 has left victims in it's wake since day one. While doing BumFest recruiting and advertising, Balderos ended up committing arson and going to jail. Doyon was arrested and jailed. That guy from SLO who didn't register with the police went to jail. That guy who beat his wife got arrested. Then there's all the tickets people received, that will go into the thousands of dollars.

Did these people know what they were getting themselves into?

Robert walked away with no tickets and no fines. BECKY walked away with no tickets and no fines. Ed walked away with one ticket and a possible fine that he can likely afford to pay.

But what about the others? Are they now being left to fend for themselves and deal with the mess those three created?

I would love to know what the back-up plan is.

You may be right, Karen, but I suspect there's something else here too. BJ needs an adversary, someone to rail against, someone to demonize. Without it, she has no crusade, nothing in her life to give it meaning. She needs the conflict. In fact, I doubt if she even really cares if she's right, as long as she can find someone to argue with. That would also explain why she chooses not to read things like court documents that prove her wrong.
There's a scene in the old Marlon Brando classic "The Wild One":
[Female dance partner] What are you rebelling against Johnny?
[Johnny, played by Marlon Brando] What you got?
BJ thrives on feeling oppressed, repressed, and targeted, even if it means consorting with addicts, bums, baby-murdering rapists and other dregs of society. In a perverse way, "losing" is "winning" for BJ.
Of course, the ultimate insult to her would be to just ignore her completely. But where's the fun in that?

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Virgo

You're feeling restless and need to introduce as much variety into your day as possible. However, you'll want this to be on your own terms, and you certainly won't like it if plans are changed without your consent or you feel you've lost control of the situation. Try to take everything in your stride, otherwise you'll end up feeling exhausted and frazzled.
