The SCPD doesn't murder people of color — they don't have the balls for that kind of mayhem anymore — but they sure do harass them, especially latino teenagers.

They did shoot a well known activist right on Pacific Avenue in broad daylight about 15 years ago. This was when they had a cowardly citizen review board. I believe the cops who did it were forced to resign. They said the guy had a toy gun which they mistook for a real gun — a usual story used by cops who are murderers everywhere.
