Second, its called a drive thru... that's why its there, for people to go through to get the things they need. Duh. And its not neccessarily because someone is lazy. Maybe they have children in the car and instead of getting them out and dragging them into the store, they go through the drive thru. And sometimes its easier, more convienent, and faster than going in and waiting in line.
