Michael Thomas is now running the store, However it is no longer a gas co. Just furniture and appliance.

Same family. Mr. Med died several years ago and Mrs. Thomas and her son Mike now operate the store. About a year ago they sold off the gas division and the grocery store (Sooper Dooper)is now operated by Willie Tuten.

Yes, Mr. Med was a pillar of the community having been committed to many civic organizations and his church. He is missed.
