city police ?

again: the stories never stop! and this is one politically controlled agency in this city.
these officers are not doing thier job they are just doing what they are told.
when they attack kids at the swimming party, or shoot someone, or harrrass someone,
when they go into court the judge says "they are your friends, respect them, and they NEVER lie."
remember that when its being said or done to you.

defending your butt buddies wont make the issue go away. the FACTS wont go away and neither will i

This is a public forum pimple puss and anyone can get on with any issue and speak thier peace.
however some people get on here and talk out the wrong side of thier body.
maybe when you get a little more research and you look into things on your own and live here a little longer maybe then you"ll get a clue.
but my suggestion to get away from scoobie was meant in a nice way.

again there are bad apples in every group; police are the same; so weed out the bad ones and replace them with good ones and then you will have a complete professional force.

the cops hide behind there badges and when you go to court for something you didnt do you lost as soon as you sign not guilty. the cops and the judge are like one. and they dont wanna hear your case.

ratlips refers to a person that eats cheese and spills their guts to the po-po, in your case the feds,ic3 and whoever will listen to your stories. unfortunetly, when your lips fall off,after you get"old" the disease eats your brain and leaves you sterile. but not necessarily a concern for someone who's already warped.
