Sex offenders violate moving law

So what did these Sex offenders do? Pee on the side of the highway, streak at a College party, were they 17 and slept with their 16 year old girlfriend? So many people are dumped into the same category as child rapists that the sex offender list is now meaningless. It does nothing to protect kids now, there's no list for murders, I guess if you kill a kid, that's ok, just don't molest them?

The crazy thing is...they put all these sex offenders in hotels where families stay, there is no way for families to know there are 50 sex offenders watching their kids at the pool.

There's no way to know if 50 NON-CONVICTED sex offenders are watching the kids either.

Kids must be taught what's wrong, and what to do about it. They cannot grow up thinking EVERYone is a boogieman (or worse) and they can't think that only a registered (convicted) offender must be avoided. Even grandpa may be as dangerous as Chester the Molester.

I'm sure the offenders are at hotels because hotels, for the most part, must accept anyone seeking lodging, while those owning homes (and expecially occupying it) can turn the offenders away. Heck, most families wouldn't want to stay at most of the flea-bag hotels you read about w/ all the offenders anyway. And the parents shouldn't allow the kids to be roaming the hallways either; it's a hotel, not a playground.
