Putz should be charged with murder (or at least manslaughter). No one else could have answered the damn cell phone?

For anyone throwing stones at this guy, the mans children are all dead... it would not hurt you to have some compassion. After all, YOU have never answered a cell phone while driving?

News reports this morning say he's been charged with manslaughter.

If there were three adults and five children in a car, you can bet most of them weren't in restraints. Not that it matters; the adults bailed, leaving the kids to die.

Well I own a cell phone but I dont own a car- and I dont want one. So I guess neither of us have to worry about this scenario. I see people answer cell phones in cars every single day- and I daresay its the cars that are the real danger, not the cell phones. People get killed in cars all the time even when someone isnt answering a phone.

This is a tragedy though, no matter how you look at it.

Apparently he's being charged with three counts (until & unless they find the bodies of the two little girls) of intoxication manslaughter.
