Talk to your manager. See if you can resolve the problem.

This is probably not this best forum to get advice but I will give you some. Go to the Department of Labor website and see what they have to say.

New York State Department of Labor, Division of Human Rights. If your employer has done wrong, they will file suit for you on your behalf, both in Federal Court (if they have broken a Federal law such as the American's with disabilities Act) and in state court. This is more than a big deal for any employer.
My advice is if you have complained and nothing has changed, contact DOL.

Did poor in school or getting ready to go into Junior High? If you can't use basic English, what you say, most likely comes from someone that lacks in skills of every kind.

My spouse worked in a hostile environment. Was punished for speaking out. The lawyer said that they had to take it but the Ethics hotline said that it should not go one. Now no job. They won.

Yes...Unionize! If you want to avoid hostility at work, you need to join a gang of thugs that will extort money from you, likes to hurt people, and forces your boss to close shop and move to China! What a great i-duh, I mean idea!!

. I am in a union. Total rubbish. I pay union dues for nothing. The union sucks.

Document, document, document!! Write down everything. Carrying a small tape recorder in your pocket--invest in a quality one that picks up sound well. Carry an iPod, cell phone or other device that can make video recordings without being too conspicuous.

Trust me! I know someone who sent their elementary school age child to school with one. The teacher was a bully. VERY EFFECTIVE tools, these little recording devices!:-):-)

What exactly do you mean by "Hostile Work Environment"? The law regarding this is very specific about what actually consitutes a "hostile work environment".
