Tried it In New York. Most challenging workout ever. Not for people looking for a quick fix, even though it is only once a week. Furthest thing from the "lazy person's" workout. I'm signing up.

Once a week is not enough. While the workout might not be easy (not having tried it but taking Bill's word for it), you need to work out more than once a week to see results. I work out 6-7 times a week for an hour per day. That is a poor excuse that they don't have time to work out more often. I work a full time and part time job, commute three hours a day to my day job and raise three children. If I can do it, anyone can. I've dropped 70 pounds so far and still am going. If you want it, it becommes your routine. Too busy, ridiculous!

BS at it's BEST!
If you fall for this, you have fallen right into their trap!
Yeah it may be difficult and 'hard', but once a week??
YEAH RIGHT!

Obviously, the owner is NOT a fitness professional. He is a BUSINESS man and he wants your money!
Why do you think he has a trainer with you?

I would be embarrassed to be the personal trainer in the picture promoting such a lame thing.

The owner sure know's how to target the market.

you need to do at least 30 minutes 3 days a week.. This 30 minutes is at a heart rate depending on your size, but at a high enough rate that makes you sweat... This shouldnt be hard for anyone.. i get to the gym about 3-4 days for an hour at a time or more, and I work long enough hours.. I woudl consider normal.. about 55 hours a week..

uhhhhhhhhhh

i call shenanigans on the supposed cardio benefits.
may be effective, but it's not going to help your health. people need to change their attitudes toward exercise. if you're dreading going to he gym, do something else for fitness. and the too busy excuse is no good. you need to make time for activity, every day, to see physical and mental benefits. people looking for a quick fix are missing the point of exercise.

i also like how they point out they're opening centers in hell ay and rome. you know, it's soooo hip and metro, it has to be good.

I call bull$hit on a once a week workout.

What is turbo jam?

I get too grossed out at Curves - there is no time to wipe down the machines between sweaty people.

Achieving fitness requires a commitment to work at it. 20 minutes a week will not make you fit. Yeah, your muscles will burn and its going to feel like a serious workout but you won't lose any weight or see any of the benefits that come from doing cardio work 3 times a week. This sounds like a scam to me.

yeah i guess its not good when you say it like that.

Turbojam is a really fun workout. lots of kicking and punching, running and dancing. i've only been doing it for about 3 months but i love it. hard to follow and first but it gets easier. i only do one of the 5 workouts.... i am so hooked on it i can't switch.:) i highly recommend it... the chick is spunky! i think her pesonality alone pumps me up.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Sagittarius

It's difficult to keep your mind on what you're doing today because it keeps wandering off in all directions. There won't be much you can do about this except to be aware of it, and preferably to postpone doing anything very complicated or important until you're less distracted and absent-minded. Unfortunately, you won't get very far with it at the moment.
