This facility has recieved it's permit to increase thier emmissions at this facility. I reported this facility to The Commission On Environmental Quality since October 14,2005 when this facility was in violation pertaining to air,water,waste,reporting requirements.The TCEQ stated that this facility was in compliance with thier rules and regulations back then,then i notified the U.S Environmental Protection Agency about this facility and that got the ball rolling with the TCEQ on telling the facility about the EPA contacting the agency from 0 complaints to 10 or more issues started being investigated by the slow moving agency TCEQ which had determined that this facility was in compliance in December 2005 when they were notified about this facility. In December 2007 ,I notified The Texas Department Of State Health Services and advised them if they can inspect this facility on thier Chemical reporting requirements. during the inspection on
this facility ,thier Tier II Reporting stated that this facility peak storage was 1,400 pounds on thier report at this facility , well this facility had not revised thier Tier II Reporting because the facility peak storage changed to 64,000 pounds that this facility was not reporting that they store at this facility when a tanker truck comes to refill the 7,000 gallon tank next to the Lone Star Pet Supply Warehouse in Shertz. for Info go to EPA.Gov Enter the zip code 74195 on the left of sreen after loging to the epa. gov website.
