Interesting how bad mouthing this business seems to be some one's mission. My experience was nothing like Kelly's. I walked in off the street for a nail clipping and was treated with respect and received immediate service. It is obvious from Kelly's comments that she expected preferential treatment from this business although she admits to being late for the appointment. If Kelly went to her hair stylist, dentist or doctor 20 minutes late, she would have been tuned away and asked to reschedule her appointment time. I am saddened to see a smear campaign for a shop that I am happy to take my puppy to.

Four Paws is a nice place IMO. I bring tiggy in and she does a great job on him.. She may not be the cheapest, but she deffinately loves animals and is very conscientious about their well being..

Anyone who is considering taking their dog here, don't do it. I do not have any trust in this place whatsoever. I think the groomer is not only rude, but she does a bad job of grooming. She also cut my dog in a very sensitive place, and did not tell us about it. Then denied it when it was brought to her attention. This groomer is not honest at all and should not be trusted around your pet.
