I have been a particpant in his court room and let me tell you, he is not about fathers rights. He gave custody to my ex-wife because she was a stay at home mother when the woman was committed to south oaks 2 times that I know. She even admitted to work from home and never paid taxes on what she made. You tell me if that is about father rights.

I've just recently become aware of Judge Simeone censure, as I moved from NY in 2003. I was in his courtroom, concerning my son, several times starting in 1998, continuing through 2001. This Judge was compassionate, caring and took a real interest in these children. As I had the opportunity to sit in his courtroom so frequently, I was able to see how he dealt with these troubled children. He had only their best interests at heart. His personal life is just that...personal. It's no one else's business. Whatever he did while he was sitting on that bench was totally professional and dealt with each individual case on its own merit. From where I stood, I could see no influence from any other people in his courtroom. When he made a decision, it was his decision, always a very fair one. At that time in my life, during those terrible days, I know he saved my son's life and I will always be grateful to him for that.

noticed those that bashed him gave random statements, as to their dislike/ disaproval of him while those in support provided work related criteria , its quite sad that a MAN of this CALIBER should be so horribly DEFAMED, quite honestly its SAD what the public media has become a forefront for airing peaples DIRTY LAUNDRY & everyone has dirty laundry I surely HOPE or you are not HUMAN, public HUMILIATION for private indiscretions that have NO PLACE in the public media , this world has MAJOR issues to be dealt with . he sounds like quite an upstanding COMPASSIONATE PROFFESSIONAL BEING.
