Robert Gerson who owns the Tire garage stole $1500 of money and he said he owned a house and I was going to buy it from him, but he never owned the house and never gave me my money back. I live to far away to try and get my money back.
My son needed a kidney transplant at the time (I am the donor) and he knew what I was going through and did not care.

Bobby Gerson who I think still owns JB Tire, which I would be shocked if he still owns the place. What a low life, he told me he owned a house and I gave him $1500 for a down payment, he stole my money and I have a son who needed a kidney transplant, and he could care less.

I forgot to mention Bobby Gerson never owned the house and stole my $1500. I think he still owns JB Tire.

Yep, he screwed the old man bad, and if that wasnt bad enough, he screwed the grandkids out of what their dad worked so hard for. I dont know how he is still in business, I don't know how he can sleep at night knowing he fucked a whole family out of what they worked their whole lives for.

File a police report go see the District Attorney at Suffolk Court and try calling 7 On Your Side. ABC Eyewitness News.

I actually dated him for many years and know what a liar and a THIEF he is! I did not know it at the time because I was nieve and innocent but I gradually became aware of his sly underhanded ways! He use to try to get old ladies to sign their houses over to him and stuff and he was always ripping off people even way back then. He was the biggest Con Man. I use to listen to him and actually be like how did he become like this??? He actually believes his own LIES!!I feel really bad at what he did to the man but where was his family??? And how could he have gotten the man to sign it over if the family was involved with it? Isn't there a way for them to get the business back?
