any rational society would banish this guy to someplace far, far away from the rest of us. at the very least they would not give a mere 4 months.

I would give the lawyer time, too. He should feel bad for KILLING the cat, not its "loss." Sugarcoating it makes it worse, Ira.

Why not, John White is a FREE man for taking the life of a teenage boy. Makes sense to give someone who kills a four legged fur ball time.

You are so right! How come the military is allowing him to serve? He should be banished from there as well. This guy is mentally unstable and a criminal!

Animal cruelty is part of the psychological profile and pattern of serial killers. I wonder when this jerk will start his killing spree.....

4 months is not nearly enough. they were 2 defenseless animals. Just what we need defending our country - a nut case who kills defenseless beings who are smaller than him. this makes me sick.

What's with the owner in all of this? She refused to testify and that's why his charges weren't so bad. Obviously she didn't care enough to see that her cat's killer actually serve some time.

Shame on you Sabol!! You had that cat for 8yrs and you don't want to testify so you let the prosecutors make a deal. You don't deserve any more animals. 4mnths is not enough for the pain that cat suffered!
