SAYVILLE: Man charged in stabbing

This happened in Sayville?????? This island is going downhill quickly!

somehow, somewhere narcotics are not too far from this entire story

The street where that thug is from has many rough looking sorts living on it.. I suspect a boarding house, etc.. bringing these wonderful people to Sayville.. Him or his buddies were probably involved in the recent car break-ins.. Horrible.

I buy this story as much as I buy B. Hussein Obama as qualified to be president. Both lack credibility.

kate..first of all, the "thug" is my brother. Second of all he did not live in a house full of thugs, he lived in a house with a sick mother and no father along with me and my little brother..this all escalated from a hand to hand fight that had taken place a few days earlier..not to mention my brother also has a mentall condition that originated from having chickenpocks..you people are stupid and know nothig..im sure ur comments would be diffrent if this was your broter..

Sayville's a weird place--very pretty on the surface and totally f'd up underneath. About half the kids in town are total degenerates. The rich kids have such an entitled attitude, like they can do anything and deserve everything, so they drink and drug and fight nonstop. The poor kids are resentful, so they drink and drug and fight nonstop. It's probably like this everywhere, and like I said half the kids are very nice, but the incidents keep on coming.

Anybody know the kid who crashed his brand new luxury car--and his parents bought him a new one next week? Or the lovely boy recently busted for heroin dealing? Or any of the poor souls who died in reckless car crashes/suicides/drug overdoses? This stabbing is just another example of how messed up sayville is.

I grew up on the street you are talking about and the only bad thing that ever came from that is the fact that people think we are all thugs and drinking and doing drugs because we are north of Montauk highway.
It is so weird that if this happened south of Montauk no one would be talking about it and everyone will be hushing it up and putting it under the rug.
The reason I left Sayville is due to the attitude of some that think they are entitled to everything they want and everyone should bow down to them. Maybe we should have seen the circumstances before anyone calls him a Thug or says that he is wrong or a psycho.
I personally don't know this kid but there is always two sides to every story and maybe everyone should save the judgement until after the entire story is told. Betcha if he was on the precious Football team it would have been covered up and he would have gotten a scholarship.
Also the comment from Brentwood, is why Brentwood is looked down on.
Sayville is beautiful to look at but like the old saying goes, Sayville is a lace curtin Irish tradition, beautiful on the outside and no one knows how bad it is on the inside.
I hope all works out for this kid and we all find the truth. Let God judge him and the justice system do their job.

They are current communities dealing with all the problems of today. I community in change maybe, Shady... not yet.
