hmmmm a 1000 bucks for rape / kidnapping / assault might as well of been no bail. Then a hundred bucks for the drug ring girl- lets get real here.

The criminal justice system in this state is all about making money to keep the cops,judges,lawyers,probation officers and jail guards employed.It is a growth industry.And remember that here in the bastion of liberalism you can not defend you life with a gun or you will be the one in jail.And speaking of guns..can any liberal democrat liar explain to me why I have to pay a fee for a firearms permit when the constitution of this country gives me the right to carry own or carry a weapon? Are other constitutional rights charged a fee?

Everyone should realize by now that in this county justice is spelled just us.

I agree that the court system is a mess. I've never been involved until a prolonged, abusive, harassing divorce and none of it is pretty. Nobody from the police, the district court or probate court has gone out of their way to make things right not only for me but my children.

Otto all I can say is let's see what the U.S. Supreme Court has to say about the constitutional right to bear arms. They finally got the cojones up to hear a case regarding just that subject. I agree with you about having to pay for an F.I.D.card and permit but what really is annoying to me is if you are denied you don't get your money back that you paid for the card. I think they call it an administrative fee.

She also handles divorce cases and is actually pretty good at it and she also handles the cases where D.S.S. has taken the children from parents.

I agree Betsy Quigley is a nightmare (to look at and) as an a attorney. My ex had her for our divorce. She has no credibility left in family court. She is all about strong arming and lies during negotations....
