Like most cancers the homosexual agenda is slow in spreading but relentless. It's metastasizing to every vulnerable place available to it, and now, it seems to have reached Hardin County Tennessee. I sincerely hope the residents of Savannah and the entire county speak with one voice to reject the public display and open support of homosexuality.

The only real malignancy in Hardin County Tennessee, are people like you who want the Lesbian and Gay youth of your communities, to to know in no uncertain terms just how much you hate and despise them. I'll bet that even after what you just wrote that you still believe yourself to be a 'good Christian'.

Looks as if HCHS/HC is finally getting out of the cave man era and into the enlightenment era.

I hate and despise no one. What I do hate and despise is a sinful lifestyle. I do believe a homosexual is born predisposed to that lifestyle, but they can choose a life of sin or celibacy. Yes, I do consider my self to be a Christian; the Bible is the basis for my belief, and it condemns homosexuality. I would assume from what you have written that you are not a Christian since you seem to support a sinful lifestyle; Christians do not do that.

"Christians" do allow all others to live their life as they see fit supposedly without judging. I have gay friends who are much more "Christian" than my straight friends.

You miss the point...true Christians do not judge homosexuals; they don't have to; God's word has already done that. God, himself, allows all people to live the life they choose, but it certainly doesn't me he approves of it.

But in an earloer post, you said that you considered yourself a christian while in your first post, you condemned the Homo sexual movement. Now, going by the previous two post, you must not be a true christian. Is that how you get by with your hatred for people of other sexual preference than you?

Concerned, you do NOT act as a REAL Christian does. My wife and I are gay Christians, and I suggest that you get counselling for your anti-gay beliefs.

I use to believe it was a choice until a friend of mine confided in me that he was gay and hated it. He didn't want to be different than everyone else. After talking to him I look at it in a whole new light.

I do believe it's wrong in God's eyes and I don't understand why He would create what He condemns...but I guess there are some things we are just not meant to understand on this earth.

He DOESN'T want to be different than everyone else.
He wants everyone else to BE LIKE him.

I don't think that is it. I can't explain it like he did to me...but I truely felt sorry for him and understood where he was coming from.

I'm not gay nor have I ever thought about being gay, but the way he explained it to me was he didn't have a choice. It's just how he feels. And I know I'm not explaining it like he did to me but I can understand. I also know there are some that claim to be gay just for the attention it gets them...that's just sad.

>It's a shame that you are looked at as an "outcast" for being straight now!! It's the "cool" thing now to be a fag!! It's all over TV and it's all these kids see!! This is the new way for kids to rebel against their parents and it's awful!! I hate that I have kids that have to grow up in these troubled times! I don't live my life the way I should, I sin on a daily basis and I know that, so don't come back at me about me not being perfect cause I know I'm not, but you all can say what u want, NONE OF THEM WERE "BORN THAT WAY"!!! Homosexuality is a CHOICE just like anything else!!! It's YOUR choice and that's fine but don't shove it in my child's eyes at school!!!<

Being glbt is NOT a "choice". You are BORN gay or straight. Have your kindergarten teacher explain it to you, and grow UP.

You choose to be gay just like you choose to commit adultery, and sin is sin in Gods eyes but, He loved us all enough to die on the cross for us. He would have died just for you or just for me. We all get so worked over being right that we forget to love each other which is what God talks the most about in His word!( Bible )

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Pisces

It's a great day for fixing anything that needs attention now. That might be a dripping tap, a sick child, an unpaid bill or a miffed partner. However, you'll do particularly well if you need to sort out something connected with official or joint finances or red tape. You might be asked to help someone deal with a bureaucratic problem, especially if they're elderly.
