heard his brother had to be life flighted out after wreck any news on how he is doing

Was the Wreck Saturday on 128 around Nixon?

Yes he did have to be air lifted. He broke both arms and may have lost one of his legs. It happened in front of Nixon school or there close.

It was a terrible crash if that was the one,The way it look he was headed toward Savannah crossed the center line and hit the front left rear tractor dual of a oncoming tractor trailer going toward Pickwick,that wheel was bent on the tractor.He was in a SUV and the front was pretty much up in the dash.You could see where the tractor trailer went off the road from the impact into the side of the road in front of the beauty shop.Maybe he had a blowout on the SUV.Lots of folks were helping him as I passed.Hardin County Sheriff,Ambulance and Fire Rescue passed me going toward the accident as I hit 226.

People have been praying that something would help Barry to get his heart right. Maybe this is an answer to prayers. I'm not a stone thrower since I've been a pretty bad sinner myself in the past. I agree with both - hang in there Barry, and keep the crack off the roads.

Bad drivers are sinners now? How funny! And if you are not griping about the bad drivers around here, odds are you are one of the ones being griped about.

Our well water is real close to a cattle farm.We built here first decades ago, long before the cattle were trucked in all around our farm now.
Is it possible our well water could be poisoned by the cow shit that runs onto our land? Can you get E-coli from it? Or something worse..well, worse than bad breath anyway? Seriously though, what do ya'll think? Should we have some kind of tests done or worry about catching some mad cow disease? I may start just cooking a lot of beef steaks in the near future. Between the flies, the well and the fog rising up from the cow patties it's getting old real quick! |
