I've know Kwasi for over 20 years, I met him one day in Trinidad when he came with his then really good friend Kerry to play basketball in front of my house. We became very good friends and I had formed a relationship with Kerry that lasted for almost 5 years. When I moved to the States Kwasi I reconnected with Kwasi and tried my best to keep in touch. Kwasi always had a smile, always joked around, and was a very pleasant person to talk to. At the moment I am in shock as to what has happened to him. I am currently in Boston but will try my best to attend his funeral in Georgia.

Q had the biggest heart ever. A very good friend who was caring, kind and real as can be. He looked out for all his friends and adopted them as close family.I am still lost for words as to this ridulous and heartless act, but Qunicy's life still remains a God given blessing. I was fortunate to be one of his good friends. May God's hand rest on his immediate family and give a blanket of provision and comfort more than any other. One love Q...always.

Kwasi is my brother-in-law and I could still here his sly laugh, his cunning voice as if her were right next to me...Kwasi was a smooth talker and very good at it too... I remember listening to him trying to bambooze my sister Simone with all his sweet talk and all his sweet eye! he made us all laugh with his silly antics...Kwasi used to say " Well I deeen know " that is what I remember most about him and I always say it and laugh at it because we knew where it came from Kwasi just couldn't say didn't :-) Kwasi was a hell of a guy and the amount of love he had was more than he could handle so he just had to share it with everyone he met... he will be missed but surly not forgotten (Kwashawn's face is his) Kwasi we love you and please rest in peace your father has called you home... don't worry about us down here we will support each other and be each others strength and make you proud...Go home and rest my love!

Savannh Police claims my brother was robbed and shoot dead,HOW MUCH MONEY WAS STOLEN,EARLIAR THAT NIGHT THEY WERE CALLED TO THE SAME LOCATION BECAUSE OF SHUTS FIRED,AND SHELLS THAT WAS PICKED UP IN THE PARKING LOT,WHY WASN'T POLICE PATROLLING THE AREA,THEY KNEW ON SUNDAY IS WHEN IT'S MOST BUSY,YET THE CLUB HAD NO SECURITY,WHERE'S THE SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS,they say they rushed him to the hospital, all those statements I find to be inaccurate, based on the clip I saw THAT I WATCHED 100 TIMES on WTOC.COM TRYING TO MAKE SENSE OUT OF IT,they had him in the Ambulance, for atleast 6 minutes before they decided to drive off, every minute counted. God Know'S how long he was lying there before they even showed up.One thing i can say my Brother is not a fighter,he is a lover (NOVEMBER 9TH),and I know he fought for his life that night,he fought and he fought,But God,I know you knew his burdens better that he ever called and told me. Evidently He's looking down at all of us and saying everything is going to be alright,Kwasi Bro,Kwasi, you always had your sisters back, not forgetting Daniel who u wish the best.,,,,,Mammy cries, she cries ,she cries, after not seeing you in eight years,I'm sadden that she has to see you under these circumstances,Kwasi (Is)wAS MY MOTHER'S first child.HE MADE PLANS TO SURPRISE MY MOTHER FOR HER 50TH BIRTHDAY IN AUGUST.HE WAS COMING BACK TO SEE THE ONES HE LOVED.DAMN,HE HAD KIDS IN TRINIDAD,LOOK I PERSONALLY COULD GO ON,AND ON,BUT KWASI U ALWAY TOLD ME ,"TINY TAKE IT EASY NAH",I LOVE YOU BRO,I JUST CALL YOUR PHONE EVERY HOUR JUST TO HERE THE SONG,AND YOU PICKED,AND U PICKED IT RIGHT,"YOU TRUST THE MOST HIGH"SO I KNOW U ARE RIGHT THERE BESIDE HIM.
AGAIN THANK YOU TO EVERYONE ONE,
Peter

It is always sad to loose a love one and no matter how many of a comforting words we will share with each other it does not bring back our love ones. What we have to do is make sure that we are there for each other during this time and respect the family wish for closer. A friend of mines Kwasi is always he i knew his as a kid growing up on the hill and always admire his ability to play soccer so good and his joyous attitude always. This kid always had a smile on his face all the years i have know him and it it over 15 years so we have build a very good friendship. My prayer goes out to his family and kids and pray for them during this time of sorrow. God has promise that he will not allow upon us that which we cannot bear and believe me you will come out stronger in Jesus just trust him to carry you through this ordeal. The bible calls death but a sleep and says that once we stay faithfull to the end we will all see our loves ones that dies in Christ keep strong in the LORD and one day you will see him again. PLEASE EMAIL ME A CONTACT NUMBER TINY OR ABBY I WOULD LIKE TO CALL YOU ALL ASAP MY EMAIL IS vgfg007@aol.com It is sad what happen and believe me when i say this God dont sleep. They the ones who did this will never see there way again and justice will be serve to them soon. Keep the last photo of him in your mind that off him as he was a wonderful always smiling and making jokes guy that will always cheer you up when you down and be there for you when you need him a true friend indeed when in need. See you all soon my brothers and sister in GA.

kwasi williams is my brother, the brother who; when my mom was under pressure would go out, get a job just so we could get somthing to eat. The one who we all looked up to. As the oldest in the family he had a lot of responsibilities and not once did he complain. He has done nothing wrong, trying to make a good life for his children, better than he even had. Now it is impossible,Why? His son cannot even come to say goodbye because of some US Law that does not permit him to, his mother cant say good by to her son, the first of her 7 kids why is it so hard just to say good bye. They say emergency visa, for funerals or medical; is that they pick and choose the ones to get a visa, are the so prejudice, why would my mom want to remain in the state that took her sons life;that is the reason they gave her; well they gave us all this reason 'We cannot guarantee you will be back' we all have lives to live. All i want, all his son wants, all his sisters and brother wants, the only thing his MOTHER wants is to say GOODBYE. Why is that so hard. Are we as people so HEARTLESS. This is the death of My Brother whom i love, whom i respect, whom i will miss. WHOM I WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN, I ONLY WANT TO SAY GOODBYE.

It is a horrible thing that was done to my beloved brother. It is even more inhumane for the US embassy to deny my mother passage to pay her last respect to her first born child. They have a lack of compassion towards a greiving mother. They are prejudice, they pick and choose who gets to say goodbye to a loved one. They claim that she would not return to Trinidad but why would she want to stay in country that murdered her son...so she can live with the hurt each day?
The cruelty that we face each day. It is ok for an American to go to Trinidad with only a passport..they come and go as they please but for someone like my mom who spent her last, lost her job to sit in front of a US embassy officer so that she can be slapped with a denial to come to the states to say goodbye to her son...the cruelty and incompassion.

KWASI BABY MY eldest cousin by my mom.I will alway remember u forever and will keep a place in my heart where i know without a doubt that i will see u on judgement day for the Lord God above knew your heart. Life is unfair but all unfair games will play over it may not be tomorrow or the next day or the next month but they always do and i kno0w without a doubt justice will be served.
We need to now stay strong and allow the memories of my dear cousin to reign. I will never forget how he wud try to protect his lil sisters and cousins from boys..lol it hurts it hurts me so deep inside to know that aninnocent life has been taken and no justice served..
Kwasi i love you miss you and R.I.P

I did not know Kwasi well, but he seemed like a very nice person. It's so sad that he was in the USA on an expired visa and that is why it made USA Officials feel like his family from Trinidad may never return if they came here. Too bad too that his wife didn't have his remains sent to Trinidad for burial because it was so important for his mom and children there to be able to pay their last respects. I hope that all his family will be comforted to know that God does not require passports and visas and someday we will all be reunited as families. It will be a glorious day when that happens, so love living your lives like Kwasi did. He adored his little daughter Skylah as much as he loved life. I don't know how many other children he had but I'm sure he loved and adored them, his parents, brothers, sisters, friends and others as well. I'm so glad to read all the comments about how he was loved. May God bless all of you!

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Gemini

It's easy to become distracted and confused because your mind is wandering about in all sorts of different directions. You're also in a highly impressionable state so will believe almost anything you're told now, whether it's true or a total flight of fancy. Be wary of muddling others by only telling them half the story or letting your imagination fill in any gaps.
