The question that needs to be asked is why the LIARS Club(Liberal Intelligentsia And Rich Socialists), aka the MSM, is surpressing the race of the victim. Obviously this is a HATE CRIME and for the clueless black columist this is not different in any way then KKK members attacking black Americans.

RAPE IS A HATE CRIME AGAINST WOMEN.

In the laws against Hate Crimes, a hate crime can be against a gender. Rape is a hate crime against a women. Rape to a man which does occur too is also a hate crime. I don't get it that they aren't charged with a hate crime in this rape.

For a hate crime to apply there must be evidence that suggests it was motivated by her race or gender.
Maybe once all the text messages and evidence are collected they will apply it.

Yes I think it was motivated by her gender mostly (they would have beaten a guy but mabey not raped him) and Maybe her race. I wonder if the onlookers were more able to cheer and laugh because this was a only a minority being attacked or just becuase they are sick like many high school kids.

Yes minority in this case means white. I can tell you these minorities especialy though also many non minorities do get beaten, raped and robbed in high school and their classmates and friends will actually watch and do nothing if not laugh.

The forming a circle to watch and laugh is how I remember high school kids dealing with violence no matter what the race. When I went to public high school it was like being in prision , you were less concerned with learning and more concerned with not geting attacked, beaten or gang raped and the adults will do nothing until it boils over , erupts or someone starts shooting.

Some bystanders are to scared or imature to not go along with the norm others actually enjoy watching and will incite and be entertained by these things. When these people grow up they still have the same mentality only adults don't seem as tolerant of this behavior society and the law keeps them in line.

We wonder what is causing the culombine type school shootings ? If you went to work and some one slaped your brief case out of your hand and dunked your head in a piss filled toilet everday while people cheered and spit on (while your boss complains about your performance, your mind not being on your work) what would you do? Now imagine if you could not quit your job becuase the state and your parents made you go, and you are out numbered if you fight back and HR and the cops say try to fit in and stop being a target would any one be surprised that you came in one day shooting ? By the way "fiting in" sometimes means having the right shoes , thinking and acting the same as everyone else possibley doing drugs or commiting violent crimes if these are in vogue. Perhaps these bystanding kids were just fitting in. Forget breaking it up unless you like geting beat to death by 10 guys in under a minute. If your a women (even a teacher) and try to break this up welcome to gang rape plus you. No wonder these kids didn't call the cops half are scared shitless themselves of snitching the other half are just as sick and or stupid. Highschool kids can be animals and will do what they are allowed to get away with. Notice there are no responses from the parents of the rapists as they don't have any or they are probebly on drugs in gangs themselves or living in poverty and don't give a shit.

If Attn General Eric Holder did not persue HATE CRIMES in the execution style murder of three black students in New Jersey by Latino Gand Members, it is a safe bet that he has sold-out, like Obama, to the open-border globalists.

Even Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton didn't ask for Hate Crime laws to be applied in that case.

Check out the racial stats of the school. I cannot see why this would not be deemed a hate crime. The girl who was raped was definitely a minority at Richmond H.S.
