GC Kmart

What the f is wrong with Kmart. Ask an employee where something is at and they don't have a clue what you're talking about or the cashier who has the lice eggs in her hair.....

I try not to go there. It seems that I have an issue about something every time I do. Prices are higher even with coupons.

at least they have a few lanes open! Walmart just built several checkout lanes TO BE CLOSED. Even during xmas they only open 4 lanes out of the 30 or however many they put there TO BE CLOSED....

Yea they usually have 2 at the most 3 lanes open cause they don't have any customers. I have went in there when there was no one else in the store but the workers. I just always have a hassle about something. They overcharged me they mislead about their coupons and I don't find the help as friendly. They make me feel like I am bothering them. Just my experience and opinion.

I try to avoid KMart as much as possible. If you need help you cannot find an employee to help. Store always has a dirty and unorganized look. Especially the clothing departments. Not a fan of WalMart either, but since they are the only alternative to KMart your kind of stuck.

I dont feel sorry for K mart they closed grants when i was a little kid now they are getting theirs. I went to k mart in may at the gift counter no one would come up to me. I stood there for 30 min, before i took off!

I remember meeting a person once who bragged about walking out of kmart without paying for a cart full of stuff. Do to video it eventually got the cops knocking on their door.

If it wasn't for their layaway, Kmart would probably close ...

I watched a guy walk out with a bike one time without paying for it. He stood at the courtesy counter for awhile and no one helped him so he left. I went there not to long ago for some jewelry cause they always have a good sale and it took paging someone three times before i was helped. I enjoy the layway but they are exspensive.

The place is always hot, the air condtioning is useless! I can't eve take my elderly Mother there anymore because she gets sick everytime, but it's her favorite so we have to go all the way to Collinsville Kmart. I wish they would knock it down and rebuild it!

If it wasn't for my work, I'd never go back. The red head checking me out looked like she washes her hair with wd-40. She had oil stains on her shoulders.

They may have only 3 lanes open but thats 1 more than walmart does... Walmart has 30 checkout lanes so why is is everytime you go to checkout they only have 2 lanes open and the lines and half way thru the store? I hate Walmart and am soo glad Kmart is still open! I would have to drive all the way to Collinsville to go to a decent department store!

I would rather wait in line. I'm not saying that Walmart is great but it is better than Kmart and cheaper too.

NEWS UPDATE,, kmart was actually cold yesterday. I even said something to the checker about it and she was like, yeah well their redoing the bathroon, air condition and roof, ... can only mean one thing,,, were closing,,,,, she laughed but it had a ring of truth to it.

actually, if you really price around, Kmart is cheaper on a lot of things! Especially health and beauty items! And I dont think they use sweatshops as much as Walmart does either..

Can't be to much cheaper if their employees can't /won't use the health & beauty products ..

Np here with Kmart. Not that go a lot, beats fighting traffic going frickin Walmart. I hate that store. Just sayin.

Granite wont ever get a Target. My daughters grandma is a manager at Target and goes to any new ones that are opening and gets eveeyone trained Granite is not a city they will put one in. Its been talked about and the end result is no.

I went there and the casher (Brandy) looked like she had a gallon of Jeri-Curl in her hair..she looked like a cracked out piece of trash meth head. Rotted teeth in all....
