young black kids in streets

I visit Cahokia once in awhile to go to my moms house.Seems like if i visit during the day,it's fine.But after 4 or 5pm those kids wont move out of the road.They want you to hit them.When you honk at them they spit,curse,or throw things at your car.Seriously is there anything i can do cause the police were called but what can they do really.Idenitfication in that neighborhood is like going to a chicken farm and trying to pick which chicken ate your seed.They all look similar.what if i hit one,it's not my fault i'll tell you that much right now.

Run over their ass just like the black kid ran over the white boy & killed him, they couldn't prove he did it on purpose. Problem solved. When they see you're about to run over them, they move pretty fast ! Ha !

I had about 6 guys form a line across the street once when they saw me coming. I put it to the floor and they ran and got out of my way. I looked in the rear view mirror and 2 of them were slapping their hands like the high five sign, they knew I was going to do it.
What I hate is when you let one pass in front of you at a stop sign, they will see how slow they can walk. You cannot be nice to some of them. They are just as holes. And they call white people racist. It's the other way around.

I am going to get a beatdown from the Cahokia Confederacy. But all the postings above are racist crap. There are white kids in the street, too. I drive around Cahokia, too, terrified I am going to hit a child accidently. But it is the parent's responsibility, and obviously, parents of both races are not meeting their obligations. Where i live-there is a little, WHITE, 1 1/2 to 2 year old boy, in diaper, wandering the streets, following his 2 sisters on their powered bikes. I have called the police several times-and nothing was done. So cut the race crap.

Oh trust me alert I do agree with you about white kids in the way just as well, so you can call what I said racist or not but that goes for all the punks in the road and idiot adults that can't move out of the way black or white they if they want to play chicken then should be prepared to get plucked I keep my kids out of the street but I am just one of a few that care about mine And there has been plenty of times that I want to jump out of my car and smack adults when I see them walking with their kids and they let the kids walk out in the street instead of trying to protect them. I don't care what color you are if you are going to act like an idiot then be prepared to be treated like one. You want respect then give it back then maybe just maybe we can all just get alon

Don't get your panties all bunched up in your butt crack. No one said anything about the color of the kids in the street. I'm the onlyone that mentioned a color & i told the truth. It doesn't matter what color the little punks are. Whinning for nothing i see.

Why cant the police dept.enforce the curfew law I know Cahokia still has one.They walk the streets all hours of the night and why cant they pass an a law to where the people are made to pull their pants up and not slow their nasty underwear.You see them walking in the stores and its very sicking to try and shop and see them.Thats why I dont shop no where in Cahokia.

There's way too many thugs & wanna b's for the cops to catch all of them. I've seen them go to some of the thugs homes & ticket their parents, they can only do so much by law, don't blame the Police cause them stupid thugs have rights too.

first of all its just as many white kids in the street as there are black kids so come off the race bull and next if they threw things at your car no matter what color they are on which one it was if they were still out there when the police arrived they were all going to jail,so come off the bull if you want to tell a sob story pull a scene from one of those soaps you watch it may sound more reasonable

Really ! Where have you seen a few white kids walking down the street, any time of day? I have only seen a couple & that was a long time ago.

I have not seen any white kids walking the down the street in a very long time.
