He is a repeated offender and was not indicted.WHAT? The DA on this case and his son who is a cop in Brooklet are best friends-Conflict of interest--I think so. I am looking for assistence. I dont think the next woman will be as lucky as I was to make it out alive. I spent 3 days in the hospital with brains swelling and bleeding kidneys. I carried a bruised face for almost 5 months. The proof is there. Emt reports, Aressting officer reports, Hospital reports, the pictures and even his own confession. So why was he not indicted. This is not his first and will not be his last offence. The Da would not let me tell the story everytime I tried he stopped me. He said he would get away with it because his son is a cop. Right now he might think he has.Justice has not been served to me or to him. I was the victim and now I have been victemized all over again. This man, his two brother and his own father have all spent time in jail as repeated offenders of domestic and family violence. Is there anything anyone could do to deserve such a vicious beating? What defines domestic violence? Did I have to die before this grand jury indicted this man?

in Millen and neighboring counties there is what you call THE GOOD OLD BOY SYSTEM. I was ask what did you do to provoke him, by the sheriff. Women do not count or means nothening too this system. They the police feel like if you do not bother my private do wrongs your are alright. The DA or attorney for any county is in the click. I am surprised that you wern't charged with some type crime for reporting him. I do hope thing work out. Go to the GBI in Statesboro, Ga and tell them what is going on, maybe they will help.
