Accomplice in Ben Lomond home heist pleads not guilty

The second person implicated in an alleged scheme to take ownership of a Ben Lomond home that wasn't theirs pleaded not guilty in court Tuesday, per the judge's order.

what real estate records?
How can a piece of property have "no owner"? Every square foot of this country is owned by somebody, be it private ownership or state or federally owned land. It all belongs to SOMEBODY.

Sounds like he simply leaked out of the city limits and into the county. Another whackjob, like some of the others.
