Does anyone know how to contact someone to get money back?

I'd be interested in getting some of my money back as well. Has anybody contacted Better Business Bureau or anything? martha

I'm so sorry that they ripped you all off!! I used to work for them. They ripped me off too by not paying me all of my tips and they would bounce my payroll check all the time!!
I wish i knew how to get ahold of them because I would help you all if I could! They are the shadiest people you could ever work for or do buisness for. I did contact the BBB and told them about my issues and they couldn't help me. I wish you all luck!! If I can find them I'll post again.

The Ft. Myers location is closed as well so no help there. I will take a ride this week to see 'Beau'. I also plan to file a police report so that the process can get started with some sort of official documentation. I know that the police cannot help, but this will surely alert others of the dirty deeds these folks have pulled. Are they just closed or does anyone know if they have filed for bankruptcy?

They took my $300. for the renewal fee, I have a contact in to the property owners, to see if we can get a class action suit against them. Some of you that have worked for them, you must know where there address is? some of the workers were at the Thansgiving dinner party at Micki"s house. We need information to proceed!!!!!!!!!!

I believe their west palm beach location is still open at least the phone number works, I believe its a franchise so they have some ownership there. I also lost my money here, there should be some legal ramifications since we have signed legal contracts.

I think they are all franchises of the store in Sarasota. The owners were the married couple, Bily and Micky Robinson. They did the same thing in Ohio. That is why they came here. They left the store there the same way. I think they sold it to someone nad then ran off and never supplied the product and helo they were suppose to. Just like they did to the other stores they sold franch. too. The West Palm number does work. I called it today. The lady there does not know anything. the number in Fort Myers doesnt work and the one in Ohio no one answered. I heard they were opening a store outside of L.A. California. I have researched (husband is an attorney) and there isnt anything that the clients can do. A class action or civil suit will end up costing more than you would ever get back. And the time nad funds involved would not make much progress, especially it they filed bankrupcy. There is no one to sue if the compnay is closed and bankrupt. The best thing to do is to continue posting so everyone can see what bad people and con artist they are. Hopefully the people in Ca will see the post nad be very leary of the new store. Make people aware of the Robinsons and their history of ripping people off.

I spoke to Janet, she is the receptionist for the Parkway Collection, that is the name of the plaza or strip mall, in Sarasota. She told me that they are trying to track the Con artist down, they have there lawyers on presuit...She also told me that Billy and his wife Micki, when mid-evening and cleared out the store,then preceeded to call the parkway secretay to inform her that they were clearing out and that the check would soon be in the mail to them, hahahahaha!!!!!!!!
I did tell her that if she heard of any information to call me. I personally want to make them struggle....
Amy the tech, told me that the California store was sold to a con artist that bounced a check, worth $10,000 and the check then bounced all of the checks drawn from Wachovia Bank, that is why she(micki) needed cash from new and renewal clients, to help cover from the con-artist in California.....a likely story!!!!!!!!
Janet told me that the Fpl was trying to contact them for there money, she said they owe a bundle... tomorrow I will check on a web site to inform others of scam artist, and see if we can atleast get the word out... I am a wedding Coordinator and Event planner and we are a ware of the scams that are out there, but this one certainly fooled me. I just wish someone could remember the names of the techs, I am sure that we could get more information, if we could speak to them???? Did they buy a house or rent? There has to be a forwarding address? Is this there real names or fake. This web site if has any information on them from the past will be able to let me know. Lets keep tracking them!!!!!!!!!!

They did the same thing in Ohio and New Jersey a few years ago. They are con artists! Not only did they sell packages to customers and run off, they also sold franchises to people and took their money and ran too! Stay away from these people.

Their franchise attorney's name is Michael J. Raterink. Their business partner is/was Jennifer Houchins. The marketing company they used was Cactus Sky. Their legal names are William and Michelle Robinson. Their business name is Body Wraps, Inc. dba American Body Wraps.

How are they getting away with this? From all the readings, it's been going on far to long. I also got the story and paid $300.00 cash for a renewal. I'm not angry about the money anymore, just the fact that they think they can use people like this and get away with it. We put our trust in them and they betrayed plus robbed us. When does it stop and how can it be stopped? I don't want them to set up camp some place else and do the same.

It is so unfortunate and needless when companies do this to their clients. We are proudly the manufacturer of the Collagen Amino Herbal solution American Body wraps has used for many years. We noticed there was some indication that they were having financial problems about 6 months ago. They were having difficulty paying for their orders and still have an outstanding balance with us. As they ordered at least 40-50 gallons of solution per month, this was becoming a problem for us as well. We have heard they were diluting their solution and selling it to their franchisees at a low cost. It is true credit to our product however that they were still getting fantastic results even though it was possible they were not getting the product as it was manufactured. All of our contact numbers we had for Micki and Billy are no longer in service and it was quite common with them that they changed their numbers and addresses quite regularly.
As we cannot help any further in locating the Robinsons, what we can do in some small way to assist is to offer our body wrap home kit with an extra 8 oz bottle of solution especially for any American Body Wrap Clients that have been taken advantage of. We would be pleased to assist with any other body wrap products that we can help with as well. I wamt to Thank all of you that answered. I would be interested in the home solutions, I guess I could have my husband wrap me.... To you the manufacture of the product, Billy told me in his office he was the sole inventer of the chemicals and the wraps&solutions, What a liar and con artist.... needless I guess in a way if he diluted your product he was the inventer of less quality to make more quanity........

I am still mad about my $300. the idea of they knew dare well that this was a easy $300 to pack up there supplies and get out of town, along with others money. Thank you to the person who has a bit more information for us I am going to track (if I can) down. Lets get these cons, I sure the Jail has a lot of neat customers for them to wrap. I want to get them and put them in jail....

I talked to someone in the Ohio location and found out that they are from Akron and may be relocating back to that area. I would join a class action suit and help with e-mails. teryng@aol.com

It figures that Billy was always "selling me" on his good Christian values and his ability to pick "good Christian girls to work for him." I should have known that rap was a con but I wanted it to be real!

I am glad that they are gone... They did what any coward would do. RUN!

I do not know about Billy and Micki but I do know that Jenny Houchins is from Madisonville KY. The 111 Rubens address was her moms and now her mom is back in Kentucky. Jenny has a daughter in Tampa and I believe she either lives in Ft Meyers or Miami. They believe in getting rich quick. Trust me I know. She was only a partner for less than a year.
