Pay Sarasota parking tickets online

12:21 PM. I FAILED TO NOTICE THE small SIGN ON THE 9' POLE. I WOULD NOT WANT TO THINK YOU ARE TRYING TO TRICK THE PUBLIC SO TO GET THE $250.00 HIT.

I got a parking ticket in downtown Sarasota. At the bottom of the ticket it says "go to www.parking.sarasotagov.com to pay". Directly below that it says "pay online at www.parking.sarasota.com ".(are the govt officials confused??!!) But NEITHER like works. Great work guys!!!

I parked in a place outside the doctor office. No sign indicated that there was no parking allowed, When I came back to the car there was a sticker on the windshield. I am trying to follow the instruction so that I can pay the $25 fine, but I cannot find how to pay the fine.

This was the most expensive flu shot I ever had - $250 fined. I had just come from the Doctor which I had a check-up - I had open heart surgery 2 years ago and after receiving a valve my heart was still not up to par, then I received a defrillator which was implanted - this year it was taken out which was another surgery, then I had another, same week as I had a hematoma - all I can say where I come from I could have applied for a handicap ticket, but didn't - so many park in handicap areas - I ran in quickly to the hospital for a flu shot, but parked inbetween two handicap spots unfortunately a ticket was on my window - $250 which I think is rather steep and especially with the economy and being on a fixed income - as I say a very expensive flu shot - thought it would be a freebie as I am on Medicare.

I left my car parked in downtown Sarasota overnight because I had been in the bars and opted not to drive under the influence. I was being responsible only to still get a ticket, it appears that we are going to receive fines no matter if we try to be responsible or not. I understand that a parking ticket was a much cheaper ticket, however, it seems as though they are going to make sure they get in our wallets regardless!!! It all boils down to them making a buck!

The very rude officer 1596 refused to understand that I used this space to off load my wife's scooter, and since the vehicle next to me was a van, that did not have any off loading equip, she did not tag them. I seriously object to this treatment and violation of our handicap rites. Just because I don't own a van etc. I get a citation. Therefore I plan to file a discrimination case against Sarasota.

Watch out for the 10th Street Boat Ramp in Sarasota! There were no "restricted" signs at all along the entire aisle I parked in or in front of me. Yes, the space was longer for a trailer, and I wondered about that so I will pay the ticket but I specifically walked and looked to be sure...the place was packed and there were only a few "short" spaces facing the water, taken. NO SIGNS!!!!

If the place of violation isn't posted it isn't a valid citation. Don't complain here, take it to court. Take a photo of the parking space so the judge can see it otherwise the cop will win.
